May I bring my own blanket or chair?

Yes. NEW for 2018. All chairs will be checked and given a new color chair tag if height appropriate.  Please remove any prior Gardens chair tags. Total upright chair height (including legs and entire length of chair backs) may not exceed 26″. No camping stools are allowed. Chair height will be subject to inspection as condition of admittance. Please have your chair(s) available for inspection upon entry.

Do you rent chairs?

Rental chairs are same as pictured above. The rental station is located on Marnie’s Plaza. $7 per chair. Credit card only. First come, first served. If chair is not returned your credit card will be charged $60 within 48 hours. Chairs are also available for purchase at the Shop at the Gardens.

Where is Will Call?

Will Call is located inside the Bonfils-Stanton Visitor Center from 4-7:45 p.m. on concert evenings.

Where are my seats located?

Seating is first come, first served, on the grass in the amphitheater.

Does my ticket include admission to the Gardens

Daytime admission isn’t included with your concert ticket. However, you are welcome to explore the Gardens during the concert.

Is the Gardens open on concert days?

Yes, the Gardens is open until 3pm on concert days. No patrons, even those with concert tickets for that evening, will be permitted to stay after 3. You will be readmitted at 5:45 when doors open for the event.

What services are there for patrons with disabilities?

Handicapped parking is located in the Gardens parking garage. ADA access is through Pinon Gate from 4-6pm. Wheelchairs are available for loan at no charge at the Bonfils-Stanton Visitor Center.   At the end of each concert, wheelchairs must be returned inside the main building at the information desk. In addition, there is a handicapped seating area which is available for the disabled attendee and one (1) guest.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children two (2) years and younger are admitted free. All others require a ticket.

Can I buy tickets the day of concert?

For those shows that are not sold out, tickets may be purchased inside the Bonfils-Stanton Visitor Center at Denver Botanic Gardens York Street location (4-7:45 p.m.).

What can I bring into the concerts?

Accepted Items:

  • Food
  • Beverages (including wine and beer)
  • Picnic baskets and coolers
  • Raincoats, ponchos or umbrellas. Please be courteous in using umbrellas and respect the attendees sitting behind you.
  • Blankets or tarps
  • Strollers. There will be designated stroller parking but it is at your own risk. Strollers are not permitted in the amphitheater.
  • Binoculars
  • Purses and backpacks

Prohibited Items:

  • Recording devices (audio, video or cameras as restricted by show)
  • Bullhorns or noisemakers
  • Animals (except certified service animals)

What time do the gates open? What time do show start?

Gates open at 5:45 p.m. Shows begin at 6:30 p.m.

Where is parking? How much does it cost?

Parking is available in the Gardens’ parking complex and in Cheesman Park where posted. Parking in neighborhood surrounding the Gardens is restricted. Vehicles parked unlawfully will be ticketed and/or towed.

What are other transportation options?

A B-Cycle station is located outside the main entrance at York Street, and there are seven designated Car2Go parking spots on the top deck of the parking structure at York Street.

Do concerts get cancelled due to rain?

All shows are rain or shine. Tickets cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

Is there an ATM available?

When can I buy tickets?

Ticket sales for Denver Botanic Gardens members begin on Monday, April 2. Purchase information is below. To take advantage of the member price and sales dates, you must be a new, upgraded or renewed member by March 28, 2018. Tickets are limited to six (6) tickets per membership per show. All pre-sales start at 10am.

Membership to the Gardens or Swallow Hill Music does not guarantee availability of tickets.

How do I buy tickets?

You may purchase tickets online, by phone (877.987.6487) or at the Swallow Hill Music box office. You are eligible to purchase tickets on your designated membership level sales date.

What if I lost my ticket?

Every ticket has a unique barcode; if you do lose your ticket, please contact Ticketfly at 877.435.9849. A new ticket(s) will be issued and your previous ticket(s) automatically cancelled.

Day of show: I forgot to print my online ticket?

If you forget your online ticket(s), please check in with the Will Call staff.

Are pets allowed?

No animals are allowed. Certified service animals are permitted.

Is smoking allowed?

This is a non-smoking facility. Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaporizers) is allowed.
