What services are there for patrons with disabilities?

Limited accessible parking is located in the Gardens’ parking structure. Wheelchairs are available for loan at no charge at the Information Desk in the Boettcher Memorial Center lobby. At the end of each concert, wheelchairs must be returned inside the main building at the information desk.

ADA access is through Pinon Gate from 4-6 p.m. There is an ADA seating area that is available for the individual who self-identifies as ADA and three (3) ticketed guests.

What time do the gates open? What time do concerts start?

Gates open at approximately at 5:45 p.m. Concerts begin at approximately at 6:30 p.m. depending on the artist.

Where is Will Call?

Will Call is located inside the Bonfils-Stanton Visitor Center from 3-8 p.m. on concert evenings.

Where are my seats located?

Seating is first come, first served, on the grass in the UMB Amphitheater.

Does my ticket include admission to the Gardens?

Daytime admission isn’t included with your concert ticket. However, you are welcome to explore the Gardens during the concert.

Is Denver Botanic Gardens open on concert days?

Yes, on concert days you may enter the Gardens with a general admission ticket until 2 p.m. (grounds cleared at 3 p.m.). No patrons, even those with concert tickets for that evening, will be permitted to stay after 3 p.m. You will be readmitted at 5:45 p.m. when doors open for the event.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children two (2) years and younger are admitted free. All others require a ticket.

Can I buy tickets the day of concert?

For those shows that are not sold out, tickets may be purchased inside the Bonfils-Stanton Visitor Center at Denver Botanic Gardens York Street location (4-7:45 p.m.).

How do I buy tickets?

You may purchase tickets online or at the Swallow Hill Music box office. You are eligible to purchase tickets on your designated membership level sales date.

Please direct ticketing questions to the Swallow Hill Music box office by calling 303-777-1003, extension 825 or by emailing dbgconcerts@swallowhillmusic.org. Calls and emails will be returned within 1 business day.

What if I lost my ticket?

Every ticket has a unique barcode; if you do lose your ticket, please contact ShowClix at support@showclix.com. A new ticket(s) will be issued and your previous ticket(s) automatically canceled. Please allow at least 48 hours for the ShowClix support team to respond.

Day of show: I forgot to print my online ticket?

If you forget to print your ticket(s), you can log in to your ShowClix account and bring your ticket(s) up on your phone. You can also check in with the Will Call staff.

May I bring my own blanket or chair?

Yes. Total upright chair height (including legs and entire length of chair backs) may not exceed 26′ inside the UMB Bank Amphitheater at York Street. Chair height will be subject to inspection as a condition of admittance. No camping stools allowed. Chair height will be subject to inspection as a condition of admittance. Please have your chair(s) available for inspection upon entry.

Do you rent chairs?

Yes. Rental chairs are the same as the one pictured. The rental station is located on Marnie’s Plaza. $10 per chair. Credit card only. First come, first served. If the chair is not returned your credit card will be charged $60 within 48 hours.

What can I bring into the concerts?

Accepted Items:

  • Food.

Concert attendees are allowed to bring in food. Food will also be available for purchase at the concerts.

  • Beverages.

Concert attendees can bring in alcohol; alcohol is not available for purchase (including alcohol in the original container) .

  • Picnic baskets and coolers
  • Umbrellas. Please be courteous in using umbrellas and respect the attendees sitting behind you.
  • Blankets or tarps
  • Binoculars
  • Purses and backpacks

Your belongings may be subject to search.

Prohibited Items:

  • Recording devices (audio, video or cameras as restricted by show)
  • Bullhorns or noisemakers
  • Animals (except certified service animals)
  • Strollers are not permitted in the amphitheater.
Where is parking? How much does it cost? What are other transportation options?

Parking is available free of charge in the Gardens’ parking complex and in Cheesman Park where posted. Parking in the neighborhood surrounding the Gardens is restricted. Vehicles parked unlawfully will be ticketed and/or towed.

If I can no longer go, can I get a refund?

Tickets cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

All shows are rain or shine. Tickets cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.
