Ticket Information
Ticket sales for Denver Botanic Gardens members begin April 29, 2009. You can purchase up to six tickets per membership/per show. Membership to the Gardens does not guarantee availability of tickets. Membership to the Gardens is considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

To Purchase Tickets
Online on this web site
Members can purchase tickets from the Gardens’ Website beginning Wednesday, April 29, 2009. Please have a current membership I.D. number and your credit card ready when ordering. A $3.75 service charge will be applied per ticket. A Denver Botanic Gardens $5 facility improvement fee will be applied per ticket.
Note: To ensure a smooth ticketing process, we recommend you sign-in and create an account prior to your membership level ticket sales date. Returning customers: Please login to the site prior to your membership level ticket sales date to ensure you have your current login information and password.
1. Click on the Concert Schedule link.
2. Scroll down, find the show you’re interested in attending, and click the Buy Tickets link under the concert description.
3. Choose your fulfillment method – you can either get Instant Print tickets that you can print at home and bring immediately to the entrance the night of the concert, or Will Call tickets which can be picked up at the front gate the night of the concert.
4. Enter in your membership ID (review ticket availability by membership level in the chart above).
5. Select the number of tickets you’d like to purchase and click Tickets to Cart.
6. You’ll be taken to the login screen. If you’ve created an account with us, you’ll be able to enter your email address and password to go to your cart screen, otherwise click on I don’t have an account, I want to sign up. Fill in your account information and choose a password and your account will be created.
7. Review your Shopping Cart. If you’d like to pur- chase additional tickets, click Continue Shopping, otherwise click Checkout.
8. On the Checkout page, enter your Billing Address as well as your credit card details. When done, click Complete Payment.
9. You’ll be taken to your Order Receipt page. If you’ve ordered Instant Print tickets they will be available for download (we will also send them to you via email). If you’ve ordered Will Call tickets, just make sure to bring your confirmation code, the credit card you used to purchase the tickets and a valid photo ID the night of the concert.

Phone sales by membership level remain open Monday through Friday until 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday until 5 p.m. MDT.
Once online sales open by membership level (according to the chart above), ticket sales will remain open 24/7.
