Ticket Purchasing
Ticket Information
Ticket sales for Denver Botanic Gardens members begins on April 30, 2008. Six tickets per membership,per show are allowed. Membership to the Gardens does not guarantee availability of tickets. Membership to the Gardens is considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

Concert ticket sales open to the general public May 9 through May 11 at Denver Botanic Gardens’ Gatehouse during regular business hours. Tickets can also be purchased online and over the phone. Starting May 12, any remaining tickets will be available online or by phone only.
To Purchase Tickets
- Click on the Concert Schedule link in the top-left corner of this web page
- Scroll down, find the show you’re interested in attending, and click the Buy Tickets link under the concert description
- Choose your fulfillment method—you can either get Instant Print tickets that you can purchase at home and bring immediately to the entrance the night of the concert, or Will Call tickets which can be picked up at the front gate the night of the concert
- Enter in your membership ID (review ticket availability by membership level in the chart above)
- Select the number of tickets you’d like to purchase and click Tickets to Cart
- You’ll be taken to the login screen. If you’ve created an account with us, you’ll be able to enter your email address and password to go to your cart screen, otherwise click on I don’t have an account, I want to sign up. Fill in your account information and choose a password and your account will be created.
- Review your Shopping Cart. If you’d like to purchase additional tickets, click Continue Shopping, otherwise click Checkout
- On the Checkout page, enter in your Billing Address as well as your credit card details. When done, click Complete Payment
- You’ll be taken to your Order Receipt page. If you’ve ordered Instant Print tickets they will be available for download (we will also send them to you via email). If you’ve ordered Will Call tickets, just make sure to bring your confirmation code, the credit card you used to purchase the tickets, and a valid photo ID the night of the concert
