General Info
Ticket Information
Ticket sales for Denver Botanic Gardens members begins on April 30, 2008. Six tickets per membership, per show are allowed. Membership to the Gardens does not guarantee availability of tickets. Membership to the Gardens is considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

How to Purchase Tickets
Online at www.botanicgardens.org. Members can purchase tickets from the Gardens’ Web site beginning Wednesday, April 30, 2008. Please have a current membership I.D. number and your credit card ready. A $3.75 service charge will be applied to each ticket.
By phone at (866) 586-4170. Please have a current membership I.D. number and your credit card ready. A $3.75 service charge will be applied per ticket.
In-person at Denver Botanic Gardens: 1005 York Street, Denver, CO 80206. Cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. In-person purchases are not subject to the $3.75 ticketing service charge.
Online and phone ticket sales by membership level start at the same time as in-person sales begin at Denver Botanic Gardens. Please refer to the Ticket Purchase by Membership Level chart above for days and start times by membership level.
Phone sales by membership level remain open Monday through Friday until 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday until 5 p.m. MDT.
Once online sales open by membership level (according the chart above), ticket sales will remain open 24/7 until concerts have sold out.
Visit the Garden Market Buffet Tent at the Concerts
Tease your palate at the Garden Market Buffet Tent. The Garden Buffet is a “create your own” arrangement that will feature popular grill items, fresh fruit, fresh salads, gourmet desserts and beverages. Visit the Garden Market Buffet at the top of the Amphitheater during every York Street concert.

Concert Information
- All shows are rain or shine.
- No chairs with legs longer than 4 inches will be allowed at the concert venue.
- Audio, video or still image photography of concert entertainment is not allowed.
- All concert seating is general admission. Children two years and younger are admitted free. All others require a ticket.
- Concert attendees at Denver Botanic Gardens’ York Street location can bring in a bottle of wine. A $5 one-day membership charge is added to non-member ticket prices. Colorado liquor laws require that all concert attendees be a member (one-day minimum) to consume alcoholic beverages at the Gardens. Guests of members can attend concerts without having to pay the $5 charge. All tickets include a 10 percent seat tax required by the City and County of Denver.
- Denver Botanic Gardens is a non-smoking facility by city ordinance.
Parking
Limited parking is available at Denver Botanic Gardens’ York Street facility. Parking in neighborhoods immediately surrounding the Gardens is restricted. Vehicles parked unlawfully will be ticketed and/or towed. Shuttle buses will run from the National Jewish Medical and Research Center’s patient/visitor west parking lot, accessed at 14th Ave. and Jackson St. Parking is also available in Cheesman Park where posted.
