May I bring my own blanket or chair?

York Street and Chatfield Farms:
Yes. Total upright chair height (including legs and entire length of chair backs) may not exceed 26″. No camping stools are allowed. Chair height will be subject to inspection as condition of admittance. Please have your chair(s) available for inspection upon entry.

Do you rent chairs?

York Street:
Rental chairs are same as pictured above. The rental station is located on Marnie’s Plaza. $7 per chair. Credit card only. First come, first served. If chair is not returned your credit card will be charged $60 within 48 hours. . Chairs are also available for purchase at the Shop at the Gardens.

Chatfield Farms:
Chairs are NOT available for rent at Chatfield

Where is Will Call?

York Street:
Will Call is located inside the Bonfils-Stanton Visitors Center from 4-7:45 p.m. on concert evenings.

Chatfield Farms:
Will Call is available at Chatfield Farms beginning three hours before show time on concert evenings.

Where are my seats located?

York Street and Chatfield Farms:
All seating is general admission.

What features are there for patrons with disabilities?

York Street:

Handicapped parking is located in the Gardens parking garage. Wheelchairs are available for loan at no charge at the Bonfils-Stanton Visitors Center.  At the end of each concert, wheelchairs must be returned inside the main building at the information desk. In addition, there is a handicapped seating area which is available for the disabled attendee and one (1) guest.

Chatfield Farms:
Handicapped parking is located on the north and west side of the venue. In addition, there is a handicapped seating area. Wheelchairs are not available for loan.

Does my child need a ticket?

York Street and Chatfield Farms:
Children two (2) years and younger are admitted free. All others require a ticket.

Can I buy tickets the day of concert?

For those shows that are not sold out, tickets may be purchased inside the Bonfils-Stanton Visitors Center at Denver Botanic Gardens York Street location (4-7:45 p.m.) only. For Chatfield shows, tickets (if available) will be sold near the front entrance(s) at Will Call.

What can I bring into the concerts?

Denver Botanic Gardens York Street:

  • Food
  • Beverages (including wine and beer)
  • Picnic baskets
  • Raincoats, ponchos or umbrellas. Please be courteous in using umbrellas and respect the attendees sitting behind you.
  • Blankets or tarps
  • Strollers. There will be designated stroller parking but it is at your own risk. Strollers are not permitted in the amphitheater.
  • Binoculars
  • Purses and backpacks

What time do the gates open? What time do show start?

York Street:
Gates open at 5:45 p.m. Shows begin at 6:30 p.m.

Chatfield Farms:
Gates open two hours before show time. Show times vary so check your ticket.

Where is parking? How much does it cost?

York Street:
Parking is available in the Gardens’ parking complex and in Cheesman Park where posted. Parking in neighborhood surrounding the Gardens is restricted. Vehicles parked unlawfully will be ticketed and/or towed.

Chatfield Farms:
Parking is included in the price of your ticket. Parking is available at the entrances off of Wadsworth Blvd. The parking lot is a field adjacent to the venue. It could be dusty or muddy depending on the weather, so please dress appropriately.

What are other transportation options?

A B-Cycle station is located outside the main entrance at York Street, and there are seven designated Car2Go parking spots on the top deck of the parking structure at York Street.

Do concerts get cancelled due to rain?

York Street and Chatfield Farms:
All shows are rain or shine. Tickets cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

Is there an ATM available?

York Street:

When can I buy tickets?

York Street and Chatfield Farms:
Ticket sales for Denver Botanic Gardens members begin on Monday, April 11. Purchase information is below. To take advantage of the member price and sales dates, you must be a new, upgraded or renewed member by April 6, 2016. Tickets are limited to six (6) tickets per membership per show.

Membership to the Gardens or Swallow Hill Music does not guarantee availability of tickets.

How do I buy tickets?

You may purchase tickets online, by phone (877.987.6487) or at the Swallow Hill Music box office. You are eligible to purchase tickets on your designated membership level sales date.

What if I lost my ticket?

Every ticket has a unique barcode; if you do lose your ticket, please contact Ticketfly at 877.435.9849. A new ticket(s) will be issued and your previous ticket(s) automatically cancelled.

Day of show: I forgot to print my online ticket?

If you forget your online ticket(s), please check in with the Will Call staff.

Are pets allowed?

York Street and Chatfield Farms:
No animals are allowed. Certified service animals are permitted.

Is smoking allowed?

York Street and Chatfield Farms:
Both locations are non-smoking facilities. Absolutely no smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaporizers) is allowed.
